  • Sau Chan

Sau is an experienced psychologist who has over twenty-five years of combined psychology, counselling and education experience. She started her career as a secondary school teacher, before transitioning to the role of a psychologist.

She has worked in various organisations in Hong Kong, Victoria, NSW and South Australia, including in the public mental health setting; private, government school and university systems; and community organisations. These roles have helped her to develop a unique perspective on the discipline of psychology, and a better understanding of the numerous challenges faced by individuals and families.

Sau always believes in bringing a collaborative approach to empower people to set their own goals and desired outcomes. She has a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality, evidence-based psychological intervention to achieve the best possible outcome for children, adolescents and adults.

Sau believes in creating a warm, supportive and accepting environment to develop the unconditional positive regard, as a foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship for a positive growth.
